Credit Card Team Leader
We are expanding and seeking experienced Credit Card Team Leaders to build, lead, and grow a high-performing sales team.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong banking sales experience who have the ability to recruit, train, and drive performance within a credit card sales team.
You will work closely with leading financial institutions to promote Shariah-compliant and conventional credit card solutions through road roadshows, corporate counters and direct sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and build a team of credit card sales executives
- Organise corporate roadshows and promotional activities
- Drive credit card sales through multiple channels
- Provide training, coaching, and sales guidance
- Set sales targets and monitor performance
- Develop a strong sales culture within the team
- Maintain high-quality application submissions
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in credit card sales, insurance, unit trusts, etc
- Experience in recruiting and leading a sales team
- Strong background in road shows and corporate sales
