What kind of career does MV offer?
MV is a direct sales agency working with major financial institutions. We provide career opportunities for anyone interested in selling financial products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance. You will start as a Sales Executive, with career progression to Team Leader and eventually Business Partner. With the experience gained at MV, you may also explore career opportunities in the banking industry.
I do not have any work experience. Can I apply?
Yes, absolutely. We welcome applicants with no experience as long as you have the passion to meet and engage with people. Our training is tailored for school leavers and includes mentoring to help you succeed in MV.
Do I need any paper qualifications to apply?
Generally, no. An SPM or equivalent qualification is sufficient. More important than certificates is your passion, drive to succeed, and willingness to meet new people every day. Having a good communication skills help too.
Will I receive a basic salary?
We offer a competitive basic salary for candidates who meet our requirements. We also have a full performance-based remuneration package for experienced individuals who can work independently.
I am staying outstation. Can I apply?
Yes, you can. We are actively looking for suitable candidates outside the Klang Valley. Depending on your experience and situation, you may be placed in one of our branches or with our business partners in other states. For candidates relocating to KL, we also provide hostel facilities.
